The Childhood Development Homes Association (CDHA) is the heart of our licensed Family Day System—bringing together a community of dedicated educators, entrepreneurs, and advocates who share a passion for nurturing Virginia’s youngest learners.
Our team works collaboratively to approve, train, and support Childhood Development Home Associates (CDHAs) who provide high-quality, home-based childcare in safe, developmentally enriching environments.
Grounded in professionalism, compassion, and community service, the CDHA embodies U-LAUNCH’s philosophy: empowering individuals to transform their skills into opportunity and their homes into places of learning, growth, and belonging.
